Chain pallet transfer system TR

The design and configuration of the TR transfer system is based on the use of high quality materials such as stainless steel, anodised aluminium extrusion and polyamid or acetal.

Its modularity ensures that installation of a system is quick and easy. Fixture modifications and expansion of lines is also made simple due to its architecture.

This transfer system is ideal when products to move is less than 10kg, in harsh environments.

The composition of TR transfers

TR transfers are made up of several essential elements. First, there are pallets, which are large platforms usually made from aluminum or stainless steel. Products are placed on these pallets and transported throughout the production process. Pallets are designed to adapt to the specific dimensions and characteristics of the products being transported.

To move pallets along the line, TR transfers use conveyor systems. These systems can be based on different mechanisms, such as electric motors, chains or belts, which allow the pallets to be moved forward or backward in a controlled manner. Some TR transfers also use rails to guide the pallets precisely and stable.

One of the key aspects of TR transfers is their ability to stop at specific positions along the production line. This is typically achieved using sensors that detect the position of the paddles and send signals to control their stopping. When the pallet reaches a particular stage, sensors trigger specific actions, such as processing operations, assembly operations or quality control tests.

TR transfers offer great flexibility in the design of production lines. They allow you to manage different product and process configurations by adjusting the stops and actions performed at each step. For example, in an automobile production line, TR transfers can be used to transport bare bodies through the various assembly phases, stopping at each station for the addition of specific components.

The benefits of TR transfer

In terms of benefits, TR transfers offer increased automation and efficiency in production processes. They reduce labor requirements for manual product movement, minimize handling errors and improve product traceability throughout the line. In addition, they make it possible to optimize cycle times by synchronizing operations at each stage.

Characteristics of the TR transfer

  • Non-standard width possible, without curve functions
  • Configurable and modular

TR transfer accessories

In addition to the basic technical characteristics, accessories can be added to the TR linear transfer to improve its functionality and meet specific needs. Here are some commonly used accessories:

Pre-positioning: The TR linear transfer can be equipped with a pre-positioning mechanism to achieve an accuracy of ±0.03 mm when stopping the pallets. This guarantees precise positioning during handling or processing operations.

Detector Brackets: Special brackets can be added to the TR Linear Transfer to allow the installation of detectors or sensors. These devices are used to detect the position of pallets, activate specific actions or collect data for quality control or product traceability.

Anti-lift: The anti-lift accessory is used to prevent the pallet from accidentally lifting during transport. It guarantees maximum stability during movements and avoids incidents that could damage products or disrupt the production process.

Jamb: The jamb is an additional component that can be added to provide additional support to the pallets when they are stopped. It ensures increased stability and avoids unwanted vibrations or displacements.

Simple or cushioned stop and stop shoe: These accessories are used to define the stopping points of the pallets precisely and securely. Single stops are used for standard stops, while cushioned stops provide controlled damping when stopping the pallets. Stopper shoes help reliably hold pallets in place during processing or handling operations.
