  2. Layer separation: The destacker is equipped with a system that detects and separates each layer of the pallet. Once the first layer is detected, the machine lifts it, while the rest of the pallet remains in place.
  3. Case unloading: Once the layer is lifted, the cases or cartons are removed from the pallet and placed on a conveyor or accumulation table. This process repeats for each layer of the pallet until all boxes are unloaded.
  4. Evacuation of empty pallets: After unloading all the cases from a pallet, the destacker can be designed to eject the empty pallets so that they can be removed and reused.

  4. Repeating the process: The destacker continues to detect, lift and unload the different layers of the aluminum profile pallet until all the boxes are unloaded.
