Belt conveyors are the most commonly used type of incline conveyor. They feature a continuous belt stretched over a series of rollers or pulleys. Belt inclined conveyors utilize cleated belts or timing belts to prevent materials from sliding back on the conveyor. Cleats provide additional grip and ensure effective transport on inclines.<\/p>

Level differences are often bridged with inclined conveyors, for instance in the plastic injection moulding machines sector. Both modular belt conveyors and conveyors with timing belts, but also belt conveyors, are available for this. The lengths of the individual segments of the conveyor or the distances between the cleats can be adapted to the customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Type 1 conveyor is equipped with a smooth belt with an angle. This means that the surface of the belt is even and without roughness, providing a stable base for transporting the parts. The presence of an angle also allows this conveyor to function as an elevator, that is, it can raise parts to higher levels.<\/p>

Widths: The Type 1 conveyor is available in three different widths: 200 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm. You can choose the width that suits your needs<\/p>

Dimensions: The dimensions of the type 1 conveyor are as follows: width A can range from 200 mm, 300 mm to 400 mm. The maximum authorized length is L1 + L2 = 4 meters. You can adjust the overall length of the conveyor according to your specific needs<\/p>

Motors: The type 1 conveyor is available with different motor options. It can be powered by a voltage of 230 V in single phase or 230\/400 V in three phase. Additionally, 24 VDC power can be provided, which may be useful in certain environments or applications.<\/p>

Belts: The type 1 conveyor is equipped exclusively with cleated belts. Cleated belts have regular transverse protrusions, called cleats, which allow parts to be gripped and held during transport.
