The different types of C40 conveyors

There are six types of belt conveyors with a diameter of 40 mm that can be identified :

  • Belt conveyors diameter 40 with central drive :

These conveyors feature a centrally positioned drive along the conveyor. This allows for efficient power transmission and ensures smooth belt movement.

  • Belt conveyors diameter 40 with drive at the end :

In this case, the drive is positioned at one end of the conveyor. This configuration is suitable for applications where it is necessary to free up the central space of the conveyor.

  1. Belt conveyors diameter 40 with drive at the motor end below :

This type of conveyor is similar to the previous one, but the motor is placed below the belt. This allows a reduced footprint and facilitates access to the upper part of the conveyor.

  • Belt conveyors diameter 40 with double belt and central drive:

These conveyors are equipped with two parallel belts and a central drive. This configuration is used when two product streams must be transported simultaneously

  • Belt conveyors diameter 40 with double belt, internal central motor drive:

These conveyors are similar to the previous type, but the motor is integrated inside the conveyor. This allows a reduced footprint and easier integration into existing installations.

  • Belt conveyors diameter 40 with double belt and drive at the end :

In this case, the conveyor is equipped with two parallel belts and the drive is positioned at one end of the conveyor. This configuration is suitable for applications requiring the transport of two independent product streams.

These different types of 40 diameter belt conveyors offer solutions adapted to the specific needs of the applications. They can be used in various sectors such as manufacturing, automation, logistics and many more.
