Incline conveyors
Belt conveyors are the most commonly used type of incline conveyor. They feature a continuous belt stretched over a series of rollers or pulleys. Belt inclined conveyors utilize cleated belts or timing belts to prevent materials from sliding back on the conveyor. Cleats provide additional grip and ensure effective transport on inclines.
Level differences are often bridged with inclined conveyors, for instance in the plastic injection moulding machines sector. Both modular belt conveyors and conveyors with timing belts, but also belt conveyors, are available for this. The lengths of the individual segments of the conveyor or the distances between the cleats can be adapted to the customer’s needs.
3 TYPES OF INCLINE CONVEYORS

Technical description
Type 1 conveyor is equipped with a smooth belt with an angle. This means that the surface of the belt is even and without roughness, providing a stable base for transporting the parts. The presence of an angle also allows this conveyor to function as an elevator, that is, it can raise parts to higher levels.
Widths: The Type 1 conveyor is available in three different widths: 200 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm. You can choose the width that suits your needs
Dimensions: The dimensions of the type 1 conveyor are as follows: width A can range from 200 mm, 300 mm to 400 mm. The maximum authorized length is L1 + L2 = 4 meters. You can adjust the overall length of the conveyor according to your specific needs
Motors: The type 1 conveyor is available with different motor options. It can be powered by a voltage of 230 V in single phase or 230/400 V in three phase. Additionally, 24 VDC power can be provided, which may be useful in certain environments or applications.
Belts: The type 1 conveyor is equipped exclusively with cleated belts. Cleated belts have regular transverse protrusions, called cleats, which allow parts to be gripped and held during transport. These bands provide better grip for lightweight parts and ensure smooth and secure movement.

Technical description
The Type 2 conveyor is also equipped with a smooth belt with an angle, which allows it to function as an elevator for transporting and elevating parts. The cleated belt is used to grip and hold parts during movement.
Widths: The Type 2 conveyor is available in the same widths as Type 1, namely 200 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm. You can choose the width according to your precise needs.
Motors: The motor options for the type 2 conveyor are similar to those of type 1. It can be powered by a voltage of 230 V in single phase or 230/400 V in three phase. 24 VDC power can also be provided upon request, providing additional flexibility depending on your specific power requirements.
Belts: As with type 1, the type 2 conveyor is equipped exclusively with cleated belts. The strips with cleats allow parts to be gripped and held during transport.

Technical description
The type 3 conveyor is equipped with a smooth belt with two angles. These angles allow the market conveyor in the same way as an elevator to carry out the transport and elevation of parts
Dimensions: The dimensions of the type 3 conveyor are as follows: length A is from 200 mm to 400 mm. For the width, it is possible to make it a maximum of 4 meters taking into account: L1 + L2 + L3 = 4 meters. The total width of the conveyor is therefore fully adjustable using sections of length L1, L2 and L3.
